Dorling Kindersley requested that a book was written to enable those with the smallest of gardens to enjoy nature, making havens and corridors and encouraging networks of wildlife habitat for those species in need.
The book has been very well received and encourages Joel to continue his mission to help rewild as many available areas as possible. The book is available worldwide, from Australia to Ireland, New Zealand to Italy, Brazil to France and Czechoslovakia to Germany.
Joel has been interviewed by, and written articles for various, recognised newspapers and magazines, from The Telegraph to Country Life, The RHS, RSPB’s Nature’s Home and BBC Wildlife magazine.
